Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you access this website, submit a request, or otherwise interact with the services offered through it.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in a message or request. If you request a quote or submit a form, we receive the information entered into that form.
We may also collect certain technical information automatically when you visit the website, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, language preferences, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referring/exit pages.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use cookies or similar technologies to help the website function, remember basic preferences, and understand how visitors use pages. You can control cookie settings through your browser. If you disable cookies, some features may not work as intended.
3. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to: (a) respond to inquiries and deliver requested services; (b) provide support and communicate about your request; (c) improve website content, usability, and performance; (d) maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse; and (e) comply with legal obligations when applicable.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Information may be processed when it is necessary to respond to your request, to perform a service, to improve and secure the website, or when you provide consent (for example, where consent is required for certain cookies or marketing communications).
5. Sharing of Information
Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared only when necessary to operate the website and services—for example, with hosting providers, analytics providers, email delivery services, or other vendors that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to resolve disputes, and to comply with legal or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized where feasible.
7. Data Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to your information, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent was the basis for processing.
9. Children’s Privacy
This website is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the age defined by local law). Information should not be submitted by children.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and any services requested through it. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Services provided through this website are creative and informational in nature and may include digital design, visual content creation, branding assets, marketing visuals, social media graphics, presentation graphics, and related creative deliverables delivered digitally.
2. Requests, Estimates, and Scope
Any estimate, timeline, or quoted price may depend on the information provided and the agreed scope. Changes to scope (additional deliverables, new directions, or extensive revisions) may require additional time and fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required materials (logos, brand guidelines, text, references). Delays in providing information may delay delivery dates.
4. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before final delivery. For larger projects, partial upfront payment or milestone payments may be required. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of delivery.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are typically available to ensure deliverables match the agreed brief. Revisions beyond the agreed scope, or repeated changes that substantially alter direction, may be billed separately.
6. Intellectual Property and License
Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of the service provider. After full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purposes. Source files may be provided only if explicitly included in the agreement.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the website or delivered content in a way that violates laws, infringes third-party rights, or promotes illegal activity. You may not resell or redistribute deliverables as templates or stock items unless explicitly permitted in writing.
8. Disclaimer
The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Access to the website or services may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated or if misuse is detected.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of updates.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled for custom digital services.
1. Digital & Custom Services
Because services are custom and time-based, refunds are generally not available once work has started. This includes initial research, concept work, drafts, and production time.
2. Before Work Begins
If you request cancellation before work has started, a full refund may be issued (minus non-refundable processing fees, if any).
3. After Work Begins
If you request cancellation after work has begun, a partial refund may be considered only for the unused portion of the project, based on work completed, time spent, and any delivered drafts.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for: (a) completed projects; (b) dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences when deliverables match the agreed brief; (c) delays caused by missing client materials or feedback; or (d) requests made after final files were delivered.
5. Delivery Issues
If files cannot be delivered due to a technical error on our side and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the relevant payment. Please include your order details, the reason for the request, and any supporting information.
7. Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
